OA Online fitness programs takes a total fitness approach to your health. All programs utilize resistance training, cardio, mobility, and nutrition. This membership gives you complete access to Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Nutrition Coach Alivia Orvieto's weekly strength and cardio workouts and nutrition tracking features. 

  • Tier 1 Online Coaching

    25$
    Every week
    Pick a templated training program + get personalized nutrition macros (under 18? you’ll get a nutrition guide instead). 1 check-in call per month. Fully a “Do it yourself” program.
     
  • Tier 2 Online Coaching

    100$
    Every week
    Choose a templated training program + weekly 30-min call + daily text support. This program gives you minimal support for accountability while keeping you independent.
     
  • Tier 3 Online Coaching

    150$
    Every week
    Fully personalized program + form checks + weekly 30-min call + daily text support. This is a hands-on coaching approach with lots of accountability and interaction from me.

General Fitness

4 Week Jump starter – At-home, dumbbells + bands (2-3 workouts/week)

9 Week Gym Newbie – Step-by-step gym intro (2-4 workouts/week)
 

Athletes

4 Week Ignite Your Athlete – Build movement foundations (2 workouts/week)

12 Week Lay the Foundation – Set your athletic base (2-3 workouts/week)
 

Intermediate
General Fitness

6 Week Shred at Home – Dumbbell/bands only, (4 lifts + 3 cardio sessions/week)

6 Week Shred in Public – In-gym program, (4 lifts + 3 cardio sessions/week)

4 Week Keep it Fun + Fit – Mix-it-up workouts to keep training fresh (3-4 workouts/week)

 

Athletes

6 Week Explode – Speed, strength, and power (3-4 short 20 minute workouts/week–perfect for in-season volleyball athletes!)

8 Week Maximum Strength – Barbell-focused strength phases (4 workouts/week)

 

Advanced

General Fitness 

8 Week Booty Builder – 2 lower body + 1 upper body lift/week

4 Week Orvieto Athletics Favorites – (5 workouts/week); if I had ONE program to follow forever, this would be it!!!

 

Athletes 

8 Week Strength Building (Off-Season) – Build size and power (3 workouts/week)

4 Week Power + Jump (Pre-Season) – Explosiveness & plyos (4 workouts/week)

4 Week Peak Performance (In-Season) – Stay strong & game-ready with less volume (2-3 short workouts/week)
