SMALL GROUP FITNESS FOR ADULTS

These sessions are designed for adults looking to improve their personal fitness in a small group setting. Since there are 5 or less people per session, it give you a personalized feel to your training while also a sense of community!

Strength and Conditioning for Athletes (Small group: 2-5 athletes)

 In our small group workouts, we focus on jump training, strength, agility, and mobility! You can either coordinate your own group with friends/teammates or you can be placed in one of our groups!

Why do small group instead of large group or 1-on-1?

-Smaller Coach:Client ratio than large group

-Community, Camaraderie, and a little bit of Competition

-Cheaper than 1-on-1

-Can make Clients feel more comfortable to not have 100% attention always on them! 

Have your own group already coordinated?

If you have a couple friends or family members that you want to workout with, schedule a session! Each person pays $40 a session, or can buy a package of 8!
